Xiaomi Smartring ordered, a noname ring received.
This is not a xiaomi ring, it's a knock off copy.
This is not a a xiaomi produkt, the name is fake. This makes the entire offer and the retailer, who also sells fake usb sticks, dubious.
poor quality product, in less than a week the product was damaged, disappearing one of the spaces where the letters or numbers are shown, I feel impossible to read in an efficient way, the product has 5 LED numbers when it is in perfect condition, mine only has 4 functional, so if the time is (11:11) what is observed is (1_:11) so it is not functional, also that the SLEEP mode does not work completely. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the seller regarding the return process, but the seller refused to help me by saying that their products NEVER fail, but they do fail.
1.- The product is a fiasco in general, the values are not even close to the doctors.
2.- Customer service is terrible where there is no access by the seller to solve it.
3.- The manufacturing of the product is terrible to such a degree that with less than 7 days of normal use without wet it in the cold shower, it was damaged. The cost of the product is too high for its quality and duration.
